Hot Stone Massage
During a hot stone massage our therapists heat basalt stones of varying sizes to 120–140º F, these are then used with carefully selected oils to massage over your body. Some of the stones will be placed on top of and beneath you—on your stomach, in your palms, on your back. The stones’ warmth enhances the relaxing effects of the pressure. A hot stone massage is said to be like the ‘vascular gymnastics’ of the circulatory systems, the system that controls self-healing in the body.

Lymphatic Drainage Detox Massage

Ellis’ signature treatment combines the perfect mix of lymphatic drainage massage, cupping and ice globes to create the ultimate detox for your entire body.
This detoxifying full body massage will encourage your blood flow to help remove any waste or toxins that you have within your body. It is a gentle but highly effective form of massage that stimulates the body’s lymphatic system, boosting your immune system and energy levels.
Cupping is incorporated to help to draw the toxins from deep within after which light pressures are combined with small pumping movements in the direction of the lymph nodes encouraging the removal of toxins and puffiness from the body. In turn this will also benefit problems such as unbalanced skin, digestion and swelling.
